I am an absolute foodie for hot foods. I have tried many hot sauces, and always found myself looking for something more, some were hot, some were very hot, and some had a good flavor. But I never found one that had both, the spiciness I wanted, and a good solid flavor that added to the foods, and didn't over power.......

I use these sauces as a relish on baked potatoes, pasta, omelets. As a marinade or stir-fry on tofu, meat, poultry, and seafood. As a spread on toast, sandwich, bagels, and pizzas. As a dip use them for chips or with pot stickers, french fries.
